Born in Milan on 22.01.1958, degree in Civil Engineering with specialization
in Structural Engineering, at the Polytechnic of Milan in 1983.
Registered as Professional Engineer in the Album of Engineers in the Province
of Milan with No. 13575 since 21.09.1983.
Registered in the list of Inspectors of the Lombardy Region at n°
2145 since February 1995 for the categories “Concrete Structures”
and “Complex Structures”, “Bridges and Tunnels”.
Enrolled in the list of Inspectors of the Town hall of Milan n° 633
for the category of “Complex Structures”, “Cement Structures-Tenders”.
In March 1988 he founded, with Engineer Beretta from S.P.S. Studio Associato,
the Studio Progetti Strutturali.
Since January 1993 a partner of S.P.S. s.r.l. in the role of President
and Managing Director.
Since February 1995, Technical Consultant of the Court of Milan for Civil
and Industrial Building n° 8593.

Born in Milan on 10.06.1957, degree in Civil Engineering with specialization
in Structural Engineering, at the Polytechnic of Milan in 1982.

of Milan with n° 13644 since 24 November 1983.
Registered in the list of Inspectors of the Lombardy Region at n°
2145 since February 1995 for the categories “Concrete Structures”
and “Complex Structures”.
Technical Adviser to the Judge of Monza Court.
Since 2007 he is Managing Director of SEPRIN Scarl, (Integrated Projects
Services), of which is currently Managing Director and Legal Representative.
Eng. Giuliano Giaggia
Born in Montagna in Valtellina (SO) on 02.04.1961, degree in Civil Engineering
with specialization in Ergotechnic Engineering at the Polytechnic of Milan
in 1987.
Registered as Professional Engineer in the Album of Engineers in the Province
of Sondrio at n° 287 since 21 March 1988.
Member of the Technical commission C.T.E. e A.T.E., Coordinator of the
Technical Committee ASSOSOLAI and of the Governing Council ICMQ.
Member of the commission for the European norms for pre-fabricated structures
of the UNI and the Polytechnic of Milan.
Registered since 18 December 2006 in the list of Static Testers for the
works of the Italian Railway Network, and for the static tests of the
works under Article 7 of the Law 1086/71 and s.m.i. (type B).
Eng. Vito Cafaro
Born in Milan on 20.08.1968, degree in Civil Engineering with specialization
